  • access_hash (int 64-bit) – Check sum depending on user ID.

  • date (int 32-bit) – Chat creation date.

  • admin_id (int 64-bit) – Chat creator ID.

  • participant_id (int 64-bit) – ID of second chat participant.

  • g_a (bytes) – A = g ^ a mod p, see Wikipedia.

  • folder_id (int 32-bit, optional) – Peer folder ID.

Sends a request to start a secret chat to the user.
